Blessed Empress LLC – Wig Policy
Wig Construction Requirements
• All custom units are crafted with care using premium materials.
• Construction options include:
• Machine-made units
• Hand-stitched / hybrid units
• Closure or frontal installations
• Adjustable elastic band placement
• Optional combs upon request
• Cap sizes must be selected accurately (Small, Medium, Large). Incorrect sizing chosen by the client is not the responsibility of Blessed Empress LLC.
Processing & Turnaround Time
• Standard processing: 7–14 business days
• Rush service available for an additional fee (subject to schedule availability)
• Processing time begins after measurements, deposit, and all materials are received
Payments & Deposits
• 50% non-refundable deposit required on all custom wig orders
• Remaining balance due before pickup or shipping
• Payment accepted via: website checkout, card, or approved digital payments
Measurements
Clients must provide accurate measurements:
• Circumference
• Front to nape
• Ear to ear across forehead
• Ear to ear over top
• Temple to temple
• Nape width
Incorrect or missing measurements may cause delays.
Wig Maintenance Policy
• Wig maintenance appointments include:
• Wash & deep cleanse
• Re-styling
• Lace cleaning
• Lace replacements and major repairs require an additional fee
No-Return Policy
• Due to the nature of custom handmade units:
• All sales are final
• No returns or exchanges
• Adjustments are available for a fee depending on the service needed
Shipping & Pickup
• Tracking numbers provided for all shipments
• Blessed Empress LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped
• Local pickup available at: 188 Park Ave, Amityville, NY 11701
Content Use
• Photos/videos taken during the construction or install process may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise before service begins.
